Weddings are wonderful milestones in a couple’s life, but they can also become costly.

That’s why, from January 2025 onward, my fees are designed to suit a range of budgets—from the simplest “just the legals” elopement.

I’m always happy to chat through your needs and see how I can work within your budget.

  • Classic Ceremony: full service with legal documentation, rehearsal, PA system, and more

  • Bespoke Packages: tailored to your guest count, location, and style

How It Works

  1. Choose your package and let me know your budget constraints.

  2. Complete the Celebrant Connection form and upload your IDs.

  3. We meet once (or twice) to sight documents, discuss your ceremony, and finalize details.

  4. On the day, you’ll exchange vows in a calm, personal atmosphere—with or without a larger guest list.

  • One meeting to verify your identity and review your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM)

  • Guidance through the Celebrant Connection portal for NOIM submission

  • Witnessing and signing of your NOIM, held securely until your wedding day

  • A brief ceremony with just you and your two witnesses

  • Choice of ceremony setting at my home office desk or in the garden overlooking our amazing view

  1. Passport or Birth Certificate

  2. Driver licence or ID card showing your current address

  3. Divorce certificate (if previously divorced)

  4. Death certificate (if widowed)

 

How to Submit Documents

  4. I will witness and sign your NOIM, then keep it ready for your ceremony.

  • Maximum of 10 total attendees for any at-home version

Payment Terms

 

Non-Refundable Booking Fee

  • A $150 booking fee is required to secure your date.

  • Payable at the initial meeting or within 14 days of that meeting.

  • This fee is non-refundable; any exceptions are at the celebrant’s discretion.

 

Balance Payment

  • The remaining balance is due no later than one week prior to your wedding date

Service Commitment

  • I will collaborate with you to craft a ceremony you’ll remember for all the right reasons.

  • I will ensure full compliance with the Marriage Act 1961 and lodge your marriage registration within 14 days.

  • I conduct all services according to the Celebrant’s Code of Practice. I am an AFCC member (No. 208) and carry public liability insurance.

   

Ceremony Preparation

  • I will prepare draft scripts in close partnership with you and obtain your approval on the final wording.

  • I will offer an on-site rehearsal, wherever possible, during the week before your ceremony.

  • I will be available to advise on ceremony structure, special rituals, readings, music cues, and related details.

Ceremony Delivery

  • I will officiate your ceremony in a warm, sincere, and approachable manner.

  • I will ensure every guest can hear the ceremony (barring unforeseen circumstances).

  • I provide a high-quality, battery-powered, wireless PA system.

  • I will arrive at least 40 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Professional Standards

  • I maintain strict confidentiality and secure storage of all records.

  • I remain professional, friendly, and attentive to details that make your day stand out.

  • I can recommend trusted vendors and services upon request.

 

Alcohol & Drugs Policy

  • I reserve the right to postpone the ceremony if either party appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
