Weddings are wonderful events in couples lives but can also can be costly.

Fee 's from July 2024 .

My fees reflect this and of course, I am happy to try and work within your budget – if I can!

So if you are getting married without family and friends and need a very simple legal ceremony

to the whole huge wedding ceremony I can make it happen.

I have a Garden in which I perform my Elopement style - just the legals wedding ceremonies in.

JUST THE LEGALS

My fee : $390 + certificate from BD&M's total $455 held at my home with just your 2 witnesses or I can supply them

Here in Tasmania we have no registry office so I offer just the legal's.
This style of wedding ceremony is very simple and its when you just want to marry your favorite person.
Usually one meeting,
I would have sent you a link to fill in and you would have scanned your ID
1 : Passport or Birth Certificate
2 : Driver licence or ID card with your current address on it.
3 : Divorce certificate if you have been divorce
4 : Death certificate if you are a widower

Then the NOIM is witnessed and signed and put aside until your wedding day.
Your ceremony will then be held with yourselves and your two witnesses.
Ceremony will be held at two locations , at my desk in my office or in the garden with our amazing view.
And of course as stress free as possible .

If you would like just the Legal's at your home my fee $475.There is still a cap on how many guests you have going to be there. It really should not go over 10 in total please .

If you still wanted a small and intimate ceremony with a few more close family and friends then just your witnesses at my home we can do that and my fee would reflect that.

CLASSIC CEREMONY

My fee : $795

Unlimited phone , text , messenger or email correspondence throughout.
Meetings to sight ID and discuss your wonderful day.
Guidance and assistance with the preparation of all legal documentation.
The preparation of a ceremony that is just the way you want it with heaps of ideas re your ring exchange wording to help with your vows etc
Professionally printed certificates and paperwork.
Rehearsal with you and your bridal party either at my home or at the rehearsal on site at the venue, if appropriate, in the few days before the wedding date.
High quality and fully portable wireless PA system which plays your choice of music which I will download for free if requested.
And of course as stress free as possible .

Whichever ceremony package you select,

there is a non refundable booking fee to hold your date of $250 is paid at the initial meeting or no later then 14 days from first meeting to secure your date. (refunds are at the discretion of celebrant ).

The balance is payable no later than ONE WEEK prior to the wedding, by cash, or EFT (electronic funds transfer).

As your celebrant,

I will work with you to prepare a ceremony that you will remember for all the right reasons .

I will ensure all legal requirements have been adhered to according to the Marriage Act 1961 and that all marriages are registered within the prescribed time frame which is 14 days.

I will be professional, approachable and friendly, conducting my celebrant services according to the celebrant’s Code of Practice plus I’m member of the AFCC Member no 208 and insured for public liability

I will be available to assist you with all aspects of the ceremony in a relaxed, confident, creative and assuring way.

Paying attention to detail that will make a difference and memorable.

I will prepare drafts of your ceremony in collaboration with you and ensure that the final ceremony words will be approved by you.

I will officiate at your ceremony in a warm and sincere way.

I will ensure that all persons in attendance will hear the words of the ceremony ( unless due to circumstances out of my control)

I will provide a high quality state of the art portable, battery powered, wireless PA system.

I will arrive at your ceremony location at least 40 minutes prior to the commencement of the ceremony.

I will be available for an on-site rehearsal where ever possible in the week leading up to the date of the ceremony.

I will ensure confidentiality and keep all records secure.

I will provide recommendations for other services where requested.

I can not marry either party if seem to be under any influence of alcohol or drugs and will have postpone the wedding ceremony.

There is a $250 non refundable booking fee to hold you date for a classic ceremony.

Payment if full for just the legals is required please.

(refunds are at the discretion of celebrant case by case ).
